Stable is building tools to modernize entity management and business operations. The company provides a business address service and mail management dashboard used by 15,000+ companies including Brex, DoorDash, and Gusto. Stable abstracts outdated regulatory requirements into delightful digital experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work in an AI-forward, builder-led environment where you own product work from discovery through delivery. You'll write product briefs, query live business data, and work increasingly close to code. Key responsibilities include: - Hunt for data and customer opportunities using Stable's custom internal MCP to create reports and dashboards; conduct direct user research to understand pain points. - Make product decisions by balancing intuition, data, and research to determine what to build, prioritize, and ship. - Design product solutions using Figma, Claude, Cursor, and other modern tools; polish in code where appropriate. - Partner with engineering pods (3-4 person teams owning specific initiatives) to deliver customer and business value. - Build and evolve design systems, creating reusable patterns and leveraging LLM code assistants. - Bridge digital and physical: design solutions that work across software and real-world operations, understanding that UI actions have physical implications in mail processing centers handling 1M+ pieces daily. - Evolve design workflows by exploring AI, LLMs, and generative technology to automate tedious work and focus on human-centered design. - Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication across the company. The design team is small but established. You'll build on strong foundations, collaborate with experienced designers, and shape how design scales across the product. This role sits at the intersection of digital software and physical operations—a core differentiator for Stable.
