ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Experience Design (XD) team in Bengaluru. Reporting to the Manager of Product Design, you will be a core member of a growing design team responsible for creating best-in-class Enterprise SaaS products across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
In this role, you will design engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences that solve real problems in the home services industry. You'll conduct discovery research with users, create journey maps and task flows, develop prototypes to test concepts, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams. Your responsibilities include participating in user research and usability studies, developing deep expertise in your product's problem area, working with the design system team to ensure successful technical implementation, and championing good product design principles across the organization.
A key aspect of this role is mentoring less experienced designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for users through constructive feedback. You will represent user needs in product strategy and roadmap discussions, interact directly with users to understand their workflows and pain points, and drive measurable outcomes through user-centered design.
You should bring 5+ years of experience designing modern SaaS and enterprise products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, reasoning, and outcomes. You excel at collaboration while taking ownership of entire projects, develop and sustain relationships across teams and functions, and thrive in highly iterative environments that involve listening, adapting, moving fast, and constantly incorporating feedback. You have genuine desire to help others improve their design skills and a passion for solving complex problems with data-informed solutions.
