ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Experience Design (XD) team in Bengaluru, India. You'll own product areas end-to-end, working closely with product managers and engineering leads to design solutions for the home services industry. The role involves designing engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms for an enterprise SaaS product used by tens of thousands of tradespeople.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing user experiences that solve real problems in home services workflows
- Partnering with product and engineering to shape priorities and influence roadmap decisions
- Conducting user research using various methods to understand customer needs
- Producing high-quality work across all fidelity levels, from concepts to production-ready designs
- Leveraging AI tools as part of your everyday workflow for prototyping and exploration
- Providing design feedback and mentoring teammates
You'll bring 5+ years of B2B or enterprise software design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant product areas. You have expertise in AI experience design, particularly agentic workflows that feel trustworthy and controllable. Your craft includes mastery of interaction and visual design with commitment to accessibility and inclusive design principles. You think in systems, understand how designs get built, can prototype beyond static screens, and communicate fluidly with engineering partners. You're skilled at articulating design decisions, running productive critiques, and aligning stakeholders around tradeoffs.
Ideal candidates have prior experience with CRM, marketing, and/or call/text/email features. The role requires 2 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time. You'll report to the Manager of Product Design and work in close partnership with ServiceTitan's XD organization headquartered in the US.
