ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Experience Design (XD) team in Bengaluru. You'll be a core member of a growing design team responsible for creating best-in-class Enterprise SaaS products across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms serving the home services industry.
Reporting to the Manager of Product Design, you will bring a balanced toolkit of research, interaction design, and prototyping capabilities. Your responsibilities include conducting discovery research with users, creating journey maps and task flows, developing prototypes to validate concepts, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences that solve real user problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to ship end-to-end user experiences
- Participate in user research and usability studies to inform design decisions
- Prototype flows, concepts, and interactions to test ideas
- Develop deep expertise in your product's problem domain
- Work with the design system team and developers to ensure successful technical implementation
- Champion good product design principles across the organization
- Interact directly with users to understand workflows, environments, needs, and pain points
- Represent user perspectives in product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback to strengthen the team and build their decision-making skills
- Lead product design initiatives to drive measurable outcomes across different user segments
You bring experience designing modern SaaS and Enterprise products, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showing your process, reasoning, and outcomes. You excel at both independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration, with genuine interest in helping less experienced designers grow. You thrive in iterative environments that involve user feedback, rapid adaptation, and constant collaboration.
