Savvy is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The platform combines a proprietary tech stack, AI-native tools (Savvy Intelligence), and operational support to help advisors scale their practices—advisors service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours weekly. The company is backed by $105M from top-tier VCs and has achieved 500% YoY growth with ~150 employees. As Senior Product Designer, you will own complex, end-to-end design initiatives across Savvy's advisor-facing platform and client portal. You'll design workflows at the intersection of legacy financial systems and modern UX, serving multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations teams). This is a high-ownership role requiring systems thinking, service design expertise, and the ability to integrate AI meaningfully into product experiences. Key responsibilities include: leading discovery and design through execution for major initiatives; designing high-trust experiences for sensitive moments (onboarding, account transfers, money movement); leveraging and extending Savvy's design system; conducting user research with advisors and stakeholders; and actively incorporating AI tools into your design workflow. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and advisors to challenge assumptions and optimize for the full service, not just the UI. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of product design experience in fast-paced startups, with proven expertise in complex systems and service-oriented products. You should be excited about AI-powered design, excel at interaction design and information architecture, and thrive in ambiguity. Strong research skills, excellent communication, and the ability to distill complexity into clear decisions are essential. You're a self-starter, team player, and naturally curious problem-solver committed to shaping the future of wealth management.
