Rubrik, a publicly traded cybersecurity and AI operations company with $1.3B+ ARR, is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Tel Aviv office on a hybrid basis. The role is part of a 60-person global design team tasked with scaling enterprise UX as the company pivots toward securing and accelerating AI transformation.
You will champion the design process across the full lifecycle—from user research and storyboarding through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to solve complex problems in data protection, cyber resilience, and AI agent monitoring. Key responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships to ensure designs reflect real user needs, contributing to the evolution of Rubrik's design system, and collaborating with UI engineers on precise implementation.
Rubrik is a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader and Red Dot & iF Design Award winner, reflecting the company's commitment to making security both powerful and usable. You'll help set the bar for consumer-grade design in the enterprise space.
Required: 4+ years of hands-on design experience, Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Communication, Interactive, or equivalent), and an outstanding portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills. You should be a proactive team player with strong presentation skills, a passion for solving problems the right way, and the ability to listen and drive toward better solutions collaboratively.
