As a Senior Product Designer, you will own complex product problems end-to-end, from discovery through production launch. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and transform technically complex workflows into simple, polished experiences for developers. You'll be part of a small, high-bar design team in a remote-first organization of 150+ people across 25+ countries.
In your first month, you'll onboard with the product, customers, and teams while familiarizing yourself with the design system. By month three, you'll have taken full ownership of design for your cross-functional team and shipped your first project from ideation to launch. Within six months, you'll be an integral product partner shaping priorities and raising the bar for craft across your area. By year one, you'll have shipped meaningful end-to-end improvements and be a strong advocate for customer understanding and product quality across the organization.
The role demands comfort with ambiguity, direct customer engagement, rapid prototyping, and staying involved through production. You'll communicate clearly in an asynchronous remote environment, work closely with partners, and take ownership beyond design handoffs. The systems you build manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong track record solving complex product problems in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or similarly complex environments
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, make sound trade-offs, and shape what gets built
- Design of clear, intuitive workflows with careful attention to information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions
- High visual craft bar with deep care for hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and polish
- Direct customer engagement using qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform decisions
- Close collaboration with Product and Engineering, early partner involvement, intelligent scope reduction, and engagement through implementation
- Clear communication in remote, asynchronous environments with ownership beyond design handoffs
- Understanding of technical constraints and comfort using prototypes, code, or AI tools to learn and move faster
- Excitement about the mission to help developers make more money
