Raft is building an enterprise AI platform for supply chain optimization, partnering with 60+ global leaders to eliminate manual processes and unlock intelligence at scale. The company has raised $45M from Bessemer Venture Partners and Eight Roads, and is launching a next-generation agentic platform designed to handle messy data, fragmented systems, and people-intensive workflows. As Senior Product Designer, you'll be a strategic partner—not an order-taker—working closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery. You'll join at a pivotal moment as the company reimagines core platform components, incorporating years of customer insights while building AI-native workflows. Key responsibilities include: shaping product direction and strategy through design; owning end-to-end design from discovery and ideation through execution and iteration; engaging directly with enterprise users to uncover mental models, pain points, and unmet needs; conducting product, user, and competitor research to identify patterns and opportunities; translating insights into intuitive, beautifully-crafted user experiences with attention to interaction, motion, copy, and detail; leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product usage and prioritize improvements; and inspiring teammates and stakeholders with strong design perspective. You'll need significant experience designing digital products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software; strong startup experience with comfort in ambiguity; a compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking for complex systems; deep passion for UI and interaction design; proven user research and customer-centered design methodology experience; excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills; ability to operate as a design leader within squads, raising quality through craft and collaboration; and a Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field (preferred). The role is hybrid (3 days/week in-office in London) and requires right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
