PVcase is a Series B climate tech company building software to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy. The Ground Mount team designs tools that help engineers and developers optimize the design of high-performing, economical photovoltaic parks.
As Senior Product Designer, you'll be a core member of a cross-functional product team (product managers, designers, engineers) focused on delivering exceptional user experiences for PV park design software. Your responsibilities include:
• Conduct user research and usability testing through frequent direct engagement with PVcase customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows
• Own and drive improvements to user experience and key business metrics, taking end-to-end ownership of design initiatives from discovery through impact measurement
• Create design artifacts including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and specifications to inform product decisions and guide engineering implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver well-designed product features that balance user needs with business objectives
• Analyze the impact of your design work on end-users and communicate findings to the broader product organization
• Serve as the design voice within the organization, educating teams on UX best practices and maintaining high design maturity standards
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to how the design team operates, tools, and processes
You'll work in a fully remote capacity across EU time zones, with team members based in Spain, Germany, and Lithuania. The role offers the opportunity to directly influence a product used by renewable energy professionals globally.
