As Senior Product Designer, you will lead the visual design strategy across Pearl's product suite, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. You'll own the creation of high-quality visual assets, design systems, and user interfaces that translate complex dental AI capabilities into intuitive, aesthetically compelling experiences. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining cohesive visual brand identity across all products
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Translating complex healthcare and AI concepts into clear, visually appealing interfaces
- Establishing and evolving design systems and component libraries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and business alignment
- Mentoring junior designers and elevating overall design quality
You bring 6+ years of professional experience in visual and product design, with proven expertise in developing cohesive brand identities. You're proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and have strong knowledge of graphics creation and modern AI design tools. Experience in healthcare or technology is valued. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Visual Communication is preferred. You have excellent attention to detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments. International candidates are welcome; working hours must align with Eastern Time.
