As Senior Product Designer, you'll be a core member of a small, high-leverage team directly shaping the future of hiring. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to design intuitive, end-to-end experiences that impact thousands of users making critical career decisions.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping; building the design system and component library from scratch; working directly with founders to ship fast and iterate on feedback; and splitting time roughly 30% on research/testing and 70% on design execution.
You'll bring 5–8 years of product design experience focused on web, with at least 2+ years at a startup or enterprise known for design excellence (e.g., Notion, Linear, Glean). You should have executed end-to-end product design across user research, prototyping, and shipping, with demonstrated success designing best-in-class B2C or B2B products from scratch. Strong Figma skills and experience integrating AI tools into workflows are essential. You're collaborative, ego-free, and eager to learn from feedback.
The role is ideal for designers who move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and want to influence a massive market. Experience with B2B software or marketplace design is preferred. Not a fit: perfectionists who move slowly or designers focused primarily on mobile.
