OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that enables companies to deliver virtual care across all 50 states. As Senior Product Designer, you'll lead end-to-end design for complex product areas spanning client-facing applications and internal operational tools, including AI-driven solutions.
You'll work in a high-ownership, collaborative environment partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and explore solutions. Rather than executing predefined specs, you'll help create requirements, bringing strong product judgment and system thinking to ambiguous problem spaces.
Key responsibilities include: leading discovery through iteration and delivery; co-creating solutions with PMs and Engineers; leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows and prototyping; translating ambiguous problems into clear, structured design approaches; building and evolving scalable design systems and information architecture; contributing to both external client-facing experiences and internal tools like CRMs and operational platforms; and rapidly iterating based on feedback and business needs.
You're a systems thinker who can design for complex, interconnected products and simplify ambiguity. You have sharp product judgment, can frame problems and prioritize effectively, and make decisions tied to real user and business impact. You're highly collaborative, comfortable navigating tradeoffs in fast-moving environments, and thrive in ambiguity—moving quickly from idea to iteration without rigid processes.
You're proactive and self-directed, pushing work forward independently. You're comfortable with technical concepts and can translate them into clear, scalable design solutions. You have proven experience building and evolving design systems used by real teams, strong craft in Figma and modern design tools, and familiarity with AI tools and interest in incorporating them into design workflows. Your portfolio demonstrates clear thinking, strong structure, rapid iteration, and measurable impact.
