As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives within one of Narvar's core product pillars. You'll work on experiences that serve both retailers (merchants) and their end-customers (consumers), turning complex problems into clear, intuitive solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing end-to-end design for key product initiatives, delivering high-quality solutions for both merchants and consumers
- Working through the complete design lifecycle from discovery and research to detailed interaction and visual design
- Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver features that meet user needs and business goals
- Acting as a champion for design quality and consistency, leveraging and contributing to the design system
- Clearly communicating design concepts and rationale to teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate
- Serving as a role model for other designers, participating in design critiques and sharing knowledge
You bring 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating work from start to finish. You have excellent product sense, understanding how to translate user needs and business requirements into practical solutions. You're detail-oriented, proficient across the design process from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity visual design, and thrive in collaborative team environments. You communicate design choices effectively to diverse audiences and are proficient with modern tools like Figma. Experience with design systems and AI tools is valued.
