Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of their platform for personalized customer experiences powered by first-party data. This role focuses on simplifying complex systems, improving usability, and designing experiences that help customers move faster and make better decisions. You will design end-to-end product experiences across Klaviyo's platform, translating complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions. A key aspect of this role is designing AI-assisted experiences that help users create, decide, and act more effectively. You'll rapidly prototype and iterate using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and v0 alongside traditional design workflows. Responsibilities include raising the quality of frontend experiences by proactively identifying UX issues and driving them to resolution, contributing to shared design systems and patterns, and using customer insights and research to validate ideas and guide decisions. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams from problem definition through launch, sharing work early and iterating often with a focus on speed, learning, and impact. Required qualifications include strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences; high-quality UX and interaction design craft with the ability to simplify complexity; experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; and an AI-first design practice where you actively use tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0 as part of your day-to-day workflow. You should have a builder mindset, moving quickly from concept to prototype to iteration, and a collaborative approach that works closely with cross-functional teams. Research-driven decision-making and adaptability to evolving product spaces are essential. Nice-to-have experience includes work with complex or data-rich products and familiarity with marketing, messaging, or growth platforms.
