- Advocating for UX quality across the company to improve visual design, interaction design, accessibility, usability, and performance
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, mentorship, feedback, and continuous improvement

- 2–5 years of experience designing and evolving design systems, including work on components, patterns, tokens, and documentation
- Track record of leading projects or initiatives that improved design consistency and quality across a product
- Deep expertise in interaction design, UI patterns, and visual design
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards for web and/or mobile and how to embed them into systems
- Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and understanding how design translates to code
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React)
- Experience with modern design tools like Figma (components, tokens, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Strong proficiency in today's evolving AI design landscape, including prototyping, shared libraries, and design documentation
- Strong judgment in making tradeoffs that scale across teams and use cases, balancing flexibility with standardization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment with designers, engineers, and product partners
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience scaling a design system in a fast-growing, multi-product environment
- Experience designing complex SaaS tools for B2B, especially for small-business customers (SMB)
- Coding skills including Typescript experience; ability to implement tokens and improve component quality hands-on
- Experience influencing strategy, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption at scale
- Passion for blending roles, extending design into code and vice-versa
