Fin is an AI Customer Agent company transforming how businesses deliver customer support. Founded in 2011, Fin is one of the largest private software companies globally, with nearly 30,000 businesses using its products. The company is hiring a Senior Product Designer to push the boundaries of product craft and shape the future of AI-powered customer experiences. This is a craft-heavy, execution-focused role for a world-class individual contributor designer. You will own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas, from concept through shipping. The role involves defining new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin's AI agent, automation tools, and emerging AI-powered experiences. You'll design across multiple surfaces—desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, and AI-first experiences—balancing speed with obsessive attention to detail. You will sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different fidelities, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and contribute to design systems and best practices. The role requires deep product thinking, systems-level design perspective, and the ability to communicate design decisions with clarity and conviction. Fin is design-driven with 60+ designers across R&D and Brand, and two co-founders from design backgrounds. Designers lead from the start here, shaping products used by millions daily. The company is at the forefront of the AI Agent category, constantly evolving how AI integrates into design, development, and go-to-market strategies. Must-have experience includes shipping complex, high-quality software products; designing for multiple surfaces; balancing speed and detail; thinking end-to-end from systems to interaction details; understanding engineering and prototyping (Framer, Figma, code, etc.); having strong design taste; telling compelling stories about design decisions; and operating with agency and ownership. This role is not for those who prefer strategy or research over execution, need heavy direction, don't obsess over details, or primarily work on marketing sites. It's about designing deep, functional software experiences.
