Fabric Health is a healthcare technology company solving clinical capacity challenges through intelligent automation and workflow optimization. The platform unifies the care journey from intake to treatment, enabling clinicians to work 2-10x more efficiently while maintaining focus on patient care. Backed by premier investors including Thrive Capital, GV (Google Ventures), General Catalyst, and Salesforce Ventures, Fabric is trusted by leading health systems including Intermountain Health, OSF HealthCare, SSM Health, and MUSC Health. As Senior Product Designer, you will own the design of the member-facing experience, serving as the primary design partner for how patients interact with Fabric across key touchpoints including the marketing site, signup and onboarding flows, member portal, and in-product experiences. You will translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces that empower patients to navigate their care journey. Key responsibilities include leading design for critical member experience areas, partnering with product managers, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts to solve complex healthcare UX challenges, conducting user research to validate design decisions, facilitating design workshops to align on product strategy, building and maintaining scalable design system components and patterns, running design reviews, and collaborating with brand and marketing teams on consumer-facing messaging. You will bring 5+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer-facing work, demonstrating end-to-end design capability across flows, components, interactions, and visual quality. You have mastery of Figma and modern design tooling, including AI-powered features like Figma Make and Claude. You are a strong communicator who can adapt presentations for engineers, product managers, and executives. You conduct user research independently and use findings to drive design decisions. You are comfortable with ambiguity, can move quickly from problem definition to wireframe to prototype to ship, and actively shape requirements through collaborative planning rather than waiting for tightly scoped briefs. Bonus qualifications include healthcare or fintech experience, mobile design depth, design system ownership, front-end implementation familiarity, and brand/marketing design background. This role requires product design depth—not pure visual or brand design—and is positioned as an individual contributor role with significant scope and ownership, not an organizational leadership track.
