You will join the Design organization as a Senior Product Designer, partnering closely with the Bengaluru IDC office and US-based design team to drive UX/UI direction and ensure quality and consistency across products and services. You'll work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams to deliver lovable and memorable family experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product and Engineering in the IDC office to provide design support extending the US-based design team
- Collaborate with other UX/UI designers to ensure alignment across product areas and the design system
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation, addressing design-related issues and adjustments
- Create key UI views, UX flows, and components needed for finalizing designs
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure consistency and functionality of design elements across devices and platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and tools
The Design organization spans Product Design, Brand Design, Motion Design, Print Design, and Design Program Management, led by a VP of Design, Creative Director, and Product Design Director.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills and attention to detail, preferably for mobile applications
- Mastery and speed in Figma with ability to produce prototypes to support engineers
- Knowledge and efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Eye for detail, consistency, and passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs
- Portfolio showcasing your work
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
