Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication across the company's digital, marketing, and event platforms. In this role, you will translate complex business strategies into compelling visual stories while mentoring junior and mid-level designers on the team. You'll take full ownership of major creative initiatives, ensuring every customer touchpoint is thoughtful, high-quality, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement by leading the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across marketing collateral, digital ads, social media, presentations, websites, and events.
- Guard brand integrity by maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints and continuously refining global brand guidelines as Qualtrics evolves.
- Elevate campaign performance by translating marketing objectives into innovative, cross-platform visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Deliver quality under dynamic deadlines by owning assigned project workflows, managing feedback loops, and ensuring timely final delivery.
- Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to translate business requirements into impactful visuals.
- Scale team excellence by providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior design talent.
You'll work in a growth-focused culture that values curiosity, high integrity, and team collaboration. The hybrid work model requires three days per week in the office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one additional day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
Requirements:
- Expert-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Strong foundation in typography, visual storytelling, and design principles with painstaking attention to detail.
- Proven track record of independently managing and executing multi-channel creative projects from strategy to final delivery.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally and presenting design rationales clearly to key stakeholders.
- A strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, creative problem-solving, and a variety of print, digital, and environmental work.
- Open, positive approach to constructive feedback and creative iteration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in explaining design decisions and presenting concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for sharing best practices and supporting the growth of junior and mid-level designers.
- Hands-on experience with major event design or motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
