As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for building a seamless Corporate Spending experience and creating value by accelerating adoption and usage of existing products. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to take products from broad concepts through implementation and launch. Key responsibilities include: partnering with customers to understand their experiences and needs, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas; owning the look, feel, and experience of user-facing applications and design flows; prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact; developing mock-ups, prototypes, and detailed specifications; and transforming conceptual ideas into useful and valuable experiences. You will operate in a high-autonomy environment where you take ownership of outcomes, challenge the status quo, and work collaboratively across functions. The role emphasizes customer obsession, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute vision while leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to continuously improve products. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and early to mid-stage startup environments - Extremely technically proficient in Figma; ability to build clean, reusable components and auto-layout - Understanding of modern front-end engineering tools and practices - Experience with accounting/finance-related products or close work with finance leaders - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of product experience and deliver outcomes - Outstanding cross-functional communication skills, especially with Engineering - Strategic thinking with ability to create vision and execute it - Comfort with ambiguity, scrappiness, and creative problem-solving - Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities - Customer obsession and relationship-building skills - Resilience and openness to direct feedback - Comfort working independently, remotely, and asynchronously
