You'll join the Audit product team as a Senior Product Designer, reporting to the Director of Product Design. This role owns complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end—from problem definition through shipped solutions. You'll partner deeply with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable implementations.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, translating customer needs and research insights into clear user journeys and polished UI, driving design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, and balancing speed with craft. You'll advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints, own a significant product area or customer journey, and set a high bar for craft by contributing to the design system and mentoring peers.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS. You've thrived in fast-moving environments, owned ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction, and think in systems—anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas. You have hands-on experience designing AI-assisted workflows (review, summarization, guidance) and have incorporated AI into your daily design practice from research through iteration. You're proven in delivering usable, polished, consistent shipped work and have elevated previous teams through mentorship and thoughtful critique.
