Salary: USD 190,000 - 215,000 / annual
Fiddler AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join as the second designer on a small, high-impact design team. You'll work directly alongside the Lead Product Designer, embedded across product and engineering, owning design end-to-end for key product areas from early exploration through production-ready specs.

In this role, you'll design end-to-end product experiences for an enterprise platform serving AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams. You'll partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to create intuitive experiences for complex, data-dense infrastructure. Key responsibilities include developing design patterns and principles for understanding AI behavior, conducting user research with technical teams, maintaining and evolving the design system with reusable components, and translating technically complex capabilities into world-class user experiences.
You should be comfortable with the complexity of enterprise software, moving fluidly between systems thinking and pixel-level detail. You operate with high agency—identifying what's broken or unclear and driving solutions rather than waiting for direction. You're energized by making powerful technical infrastructure feel intuitive and human-centered.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in product design, UX design, or interaction design focused on complex technical products. Portfolio demonstrating data-dense interfaces, monitoring dashboards, observability tools, or analytics platforms. Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design work. Experience designing for AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences.
Preferred: early-stage or high-growth startup experience with broad design scope; developer tools or DevOps platform design; familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, generative AI, predictive models, agentic systems); complex SaaS or enterprise software design for technical audiences.
