Salary: USD 170,000 - 215,000 / annual
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for its legal technology platform. You'll transform complex, high-stakes legal workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences that empower legal teams and investigators to navigate document review and evidence analysis with confidence.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate ambiguous problem spaces into elegant, scalable solutions. Your responsibilities include designing AI-powered experiences for legal and investigative teams, creating user flows and wireframes that simplify complex workflows, collaborating on strategic product decisions and roadmap planning, and delivering polished visual and interaction designs that communicate hierarchy and platform capabilities.
You'll also contribute to and evangelize Bluebook, Everlaw's design system, while raising quality standards through thoughtful design critique and mentoring of team members.
You bring 5+ years of product design experience shipping features, with at least 3 years designing complex B2B SaaS workflows. Your portfolio demonstrates excellence in product thinking, interaction design, and visual design for ambiguous problems. You have proven experience owning end-to-end design from research through post-launch iteration, and you're an effective communicator who can articulate design rationale and build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. A BA/BS in graphic design, HCI, design communication, or equivalent experience is required. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Oakland with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Tuesday and Friday.
