EarnIn is a fintech pioneer in earned wage access, enabling paycheck-to-paycheck workers to access their earnings in real-time without mandatory fees, interest rates, or credit checks. You will be a versatile Senior Product Designer working across multiple creative disciplines. Your responsibilities include designing clean, simple UI concepts for websites and landing pages; creating images and graphics for digital advertising across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms; editing and producing short-form video content for ads and social media; and leveraging AI tools (image generation, video generation, prompt engineering) to accelerate design and content creation workflows.
Key responsibilities also include building reusable prompts, modular inputs, and templates to produce high-fidelity creative variations at scale; rapidly iterating on new campaign ideas and refreshing evergreen assets to combat creative fatigue; maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all formats and platforms; documenting prompt logic, chaining, and template design to enable team scaling; staying current on emerging AI tools and piloting promising new techniques; and using performance data to refine creative through A/B testing and iteration.
This is a hybrid role based in the Bengaluru office with 2 days on-site per week as part of the expanding India site. EarnIn offers healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential travel opportunities to the Mountain View headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience designing UI/website concepts
- 4+ years of experience creating ad creative (images/graphics)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a video editing tool (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI creative tools and prompt engineering as part of everyday workflow
- Structural thinking: comfortable with prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, logic trees, and template systems
- Working knowledge of visual production basics (camera types, lenses, lighting, composition) to craft detailed, high-quality prompts
- Experience in fast-paced, high-output creative environments with rapid iteration cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating the above skills and experience
