AIOS is building a full-stack AI doctor platform, currently serving over 200k patients monthly through Bolt Pharmacy (UK) and Bolt Med (international). The company has achieved $450M ARR and is profitable, with an ambitious roadmap to reach $1T/yr by 2035 through scaling GLP-1 services and autonomous prescribing systems across Europe and globally. As Web Designer, you will own web conversion end-to-end—from identifying insights through designing, building, and shipping high-converting pages. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to Ryan Wu (Head of Design) and working closely with Michael McCann (CRO Lead) within the Growth team. Key responsibilities include: - Strategic ownership of conversion outcomes, not just visual design. Spot conversion blockers, form hypotheses, and drive them to completion. - Design high-converting websites, landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows that motivate action. Prioritize clear hierarchy, copy flow, and strong offers over decoration. - Develop and test compelling value propositions and USPs based on patient insights. - Move designs from Figma into live code yourself using Webflow (or similar). No handoff delays. - Leverage AI to design, build, and generate A/B tests and landing pages at scale. - Build reusable AI workflows, components, and templates that let one designer do the work of a team. - Ship fast: go from idea to live test in days, not weeks. Read results and iterate ruthlessly. - Work across Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med, and new market launches. You'll work fully remote with async flexibility, though you must be available until midday Pacific Time on weekdays. The role is intense: expect long days and regular weekend work. The company culture emphasizes mission-driven work, unwavering integrity, paranoia about execution, obsession with quality, radical candor, urgency, frugality, resourcefulness, and relentless focus. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages, with a portfolio demonstrating results (not just visuals). - Strong understanding of user psychology: what motivates conversion, and how hierarchy, copy, proof, and friction shape decisions. - Ability to craft compelling USPs and value propositions and translate them into page design. - Comfortable moving your own designs into frontend code. Webflow experience is helpful but not essential. - AI-native: already using AI in daily workflow, strong at building AI systems that scale output, and eager to push adoption further. - Self-directed ownership mentality. You find what's missing and fix it without waiting for direction. - Ship fast without dropping quality. Prefer live learning over endless polish. - High standards for polish, spacing, responsiveness, and load speed. NICE TO HAVE: - CRO experience: running or designing A/B and multivariate tests. - Analytics comfort: reading performance data and using behavior tools to decide what to test. - Product flow experience: onboarding, checkout, or other key conversion touchpoints. - Regulated market experience: healthcare, pharmacy, or similar industries. - Design systems: building or maintaining component-based systems for testing and scale. - Multi-market adaptation: tailoring pages for different countries and languages. - SEO and performance: understanding how design choices affect SEO and page speed.
