Complyance is building a game-changing platform in the Information Security Compliance space. As Senior Product Designer, you will lead user research and design efforts to transform complex regulatory workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and own the user research practice across the product, from foundational research through evaluative usability testing - Translate complex compliance and regulatory concepts into intuitive, scalable user experiences - Define problem statements and opportunity areas based on research insights and product goals - Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that influence product decisions - Design end-to-end user experiences from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes - Work fluently with the design system, contributing improvements and creating new components - Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure solutions are feasible, user-centered, and high-quality - Establish and evolve research frameworks for continuous discovery - Advocate for users across the company and ensure research shapes roadmap and strategy You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer with research as a central focus. You have strong hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research, plus comfort with data. Your portfolio demonstrates research-driven decisions, not just polished UI. You are highly proficient in Figma, including design systems, components, prototyping, and collaboration workflows. You balance craft and pragmatism, knowing when to go deep and when to move fast. You communicate with clarity and confidence, able to influence stakeholders. Experience designing web products or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus. Fluent English required.
