As Senior Product Designer, you'll shape the next generation of AI-native video creation tools. This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership across the full product lifecycle—from problem framing and research through prototyping, design system development, and shipping polished experiences to millions of creators.
Key responsibilities include partnering with executive and product teams to define product vision and strategy; owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch; translating ambiguous problems into clear design frameworks and high-fidelity prototypes; driving qualitative and quantitative research to inform direction; establishing and scaling a design system; and mentoring other designers while raising the bar for design craft across the organization.
You'll work at the intersection of ambitious AI capabilities and intuitive user experience, helping define new interaction paradigms for creative tools. The role requires balancing technical constraints, business priorities, and user-centric decision-making while thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
The position is based in-person at Mirage's NYC headquarters in Union Square. The team is interdisciplinary and tackles foundational problems in generative media that remain largely unsolved across the industry.
