As Senior Product Designer, you'll lead design efforts focused on data-driven healthcare workflows. You'll become deeply embedded with internal and external users to understand complex clinical and billing processes, then translate that understanding into intuitive product experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert in user workflows and healthcare data systems, then sharing that knowledge across the team
- Simplifying complex processes and datasets into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Using quantitative and qualitative data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions
- Defining ambiguous problems, building alignment, and charting a path forward
- Owning projects end-to-end from discovery through shipping
- Balancing immediate pragmatic solutions with longer-term system architecture
You'll thrive if you enjoy systems thinking, have 5+ years of product design experience (ideally in complex, data-heavy or logistically intricate domains), and are comfortable working with data to make decisions. Healthcare or billing domain expertise is not required—curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are. You should be mission-driven by the goal of helping clinicians spend less time on manual work and more time providing care.
Camber is based in NYC with a hybrid model: 3–5 days per week in office, with Fridays remote-friendly. The company emphasizes inclusive culture, security, and HIPAA compliance.
