Arkestro is a hyper-growth AI-powered procurement platform that applies predictive intelligence, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. The platform helps procurement teams move away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and uncover savings traditional sourcing approaches miss.
As Senior Product Designer, you will shape the user experience of a complex B2B SaaS platform that enterprise procurement teams depend on daily. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, and customers to translate intricate workflows into elegant, intuitive designs. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, design craft, and AI-augmented execution.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional partners to define problems and deliver high-quality design across the platform; translating complex enterprise workflows into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity compositions; leading design from discovery through delivery on both strategic and tactical levels; maintaining and evolving the design system to establish patterns that scale; validating design decisions through usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis; communicating directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback; actively integrating AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Design) into your workflow; partnering with engineering to ensure design intent is realized in production; and contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
You bring 5–7 years of B2B SaaS design experience, ideally in enterprise or complex workflow environments. You're proficient in Figma, Storybook, and Chromatic, with demonstrated ability to manage component libraries, variants, and design systems. You have functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to collaborate with engineers and prototype interactions. You're experienced with user research and usability testing methodologies, comfortable with ambiguity, and have strong communication skills. You understand accessibility standards (WCAG AA), inclusive design principles, and agile product development. Experience with procurement, supply chain, data-dense interfaces, analytics dashboards, or growth-stage B2B SaaS is a plus.
