As Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end UX/UI for Archy's comprehensive, all-in-one dental platform. You'll architect scalable design systems and frameworks that seamlessly blend diverse workflows and data structures into a cohesive, elegant user experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Platform UX/UI Ownership: Design the complete user experience for dentists, their staff, and patients across all platform modules.
- Systems Architecture: Build scalable design frameworks and component systems that enable rapid feature addition without platform clutter.
- AI-Augmented Workflows: Integrate AI tools into your design process for rapid prototyping, user research analysis, wireframing, and content generation.
- Innovation & Research: Conduct direct user research with dental practices, translate real-world problems into design solutions, and explore emerging AI design technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product and Engineering from ideation through implementation, balancing user experience with technical feasibility.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Operate with high autonomy, proactively identifying friction points and defining design strategy to address them.
You'll need 8+ years of product design experience in fast-growing startups, with proven expertise in B2C and B2B platforms, ideally in FinTech, HealthTech, or complex SaaS. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-fidelity execution. Required skills include end-to-end design mastery (research through polished UI), design system creation and scaling, advanced Figma proficiency, HTML/CSS understanding, and deep accessibility knowledge (WCAG). You must be comfortable with AI and data tools, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in ambiguous startup environments with an ownership mindset.
