1Mind is building Autonomous Customer Experience software—a new category of enterprise platform that deploys AI agents ("Superhumans") to handle buyer engagement, demos, onboarding, and support across the entire customer journey. The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define how users interact with this next-generation AI-native software.
In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you will own product design end-to-end: problem framing, research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration. You'll tackle novel design challenges specific to human-AI collaboration—helping users understand what AI agents are doing, guide or correct them, decide when the AI should act versus ask, and balance control exposure with approachability in sophisticated configuration interfaces.
Key responsibilities include designing new interaction patterns for AI collaboration; simplifying complex B2B workflows (configuration, integrations, multi-step processes, permissions); shaping both buyer-facing experiences and internal management consoles; partnering closely with Product and Engineering from problem definition through shipped product; prototyping early using Figma, AI tools, and code-based approaches; running customer conversations and usability research directly; moving fluidly between systems-level thinking and detailed interaction/visual design; staying involved through implementation and design QA; evolving the design system and reusable patterns; and using data and feedback to validate shipped experiences.
You bring 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B SaaS or similarly sophisticated products. Your portfolio demonstrates exceptional interaction and visual craft. You have experience simplifying configuration-heavy products, admin experiences, workflow builders, and data-rich interfaces. You possess strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move from undefined problems to concrete interaction models. You run your own usability research, think systemically about how workflows fit into broader product models, bias toward early prototyping, maintain high craft standards through shipping, and partner deeply with engineers on thoughtful tradeoffs.
Preferred qualifications include experience designing AI-native or agentic products (especially around trust, control, automation, and human-AI collaboration); early-stage or high-growth startup experience; complex enterprise software and configurable platform background; fluency with modern AI and code-based prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code); design system evolution experience; and exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology.
