Urban Sports Club, now part of Wellhub (the world's largest wellbeing ecosystem), is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape user experiences for millions of members and corporate partners across Europe. You will own the complete design process end-to-end, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create digital solutions that balance user delight with business impact. Key responsibilities include leading the design and enhancement of intuitive web and mobile app experiences for both B2C members and B2B partners. You will own design solutions based on continuous user feedback, analytics, and usability testing, ensuring designs are informed by data from tools like Google Analytics and Looker. You'll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate ideas effectively, and contribute to building and maintaining the design system component library (basic frontend coding knowledge is a plus). You will drive the complete design process in agile environments, conducting user research and usability testing to translate feedback into elevated user experiences. The role requires 6+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and measurable impact across B2C native mobile and web applications. You should be comfortable leveraging AI tools to enable generative UX workflows and accelerate design velocity. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Berlin office twice per week, with flexibility to work up to 120 days remotely within the EU, UK, and Switzerland annually. Benefits include a free Urban Sports Club Pro membership plus friends and family discounts, 30 days paid vacation annually plus 2 volunteer days, flexible working hours, complimentary mental health support through Open Up, an annual €1,000 professional development budget, and regular internal training and language classes.
