• Define and own technical product strategy in partnership with engineering, making architectural decisions and enabling AI-powered product capabilities
• Rethink the product development lifecycle by replacing manual friction with agentic workflows—building evaluation pipelines, automated PR hygiene, deployment gating, and generation-to-merge metrics that make governed AI fast
• Define quality standards for AI-powered products, working with engineering to set benchmarks and quality gates that determine readiness to ship, with results visible across teams
• Graduate pilots to production by converting engineering experiments into reusable libraries, templates, and reference implementations that other teams can fork and ship quickly
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from idea to launch, including learning EarnIn's regulatory and compliance landscape, using user research and data analytics to identify opportunities, and running experiments to refine products
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts; define ambitious OKRs and monitor success metrics
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to executive leadership and build consensus for new initiatives
