Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment and label of Take-Two Interactive, is seeking a Senior Producer to join Natural Motion in London to help build a new, unannounced mobile free-to-play action game.
You will work closely with the game team to steer planning and development of core features and systems across the client frontend. This role reports directly to the Lead Producer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own tactical planning, costing, and delivery of the core feature set within UX, UI, and systems development
- Collaborate with wider game groups to ensure alignment and cohesion of cross-game team features
- Communicate progress, risks, and successes to production and leadership groups
- Enable and foster iterative development by setting plans that deliver quickly with stakeholder buy-in
- Identify and communicate risks to leadership with mitigation strategies
- Set clear goals with feasible deliverables for cross-disciplinary teams
The role emphasizes team health, morale, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams. You will use JIRA, Confluence, and Miro to manage workflows and repeatable processes.
Requirements:
- Proven production experience with at least one shipped game
- Conscientious producer who prioritizes team health and morale
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to align multidisciplinary teams
- Highly collaborative team player
- Ability to identify and communicate risks with mitigation plans
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, including setting automations and workflows
Bonus Points:
- Experience playing a wide variety of genres, notably Action RPG
- Knowledge of UX/UI pipelines
- Production experience in mobile game development
