Coinbase is seeking a Senior Producer to own end-to-end production for the Base Creative Office's full portfolio. Base Creative Office is the in-house creative team behind the Base brand, delivering brand campaigns, the Powered by Base video series, Base Batches content, live events, and builder programs.
In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for production delivery across a diverse set of creative assets and initiatives. You will triage incoming creative requests and scope each into a clear brief with realistic timelines and staffing plans, pushing back plainly when deadlines don't match production reality. You'll balance the Creative Office team's workload across concurrent projects to ensure nothing gets dropped and nobody gets overloaded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end production for the full portfolio, including brand campaigns, video series, case studies, social assets, and live event builds (booths, signage, merch, AV).
- Triage and scope incoming creative requests with clear timelines and staffing plans.
- Balance day-to-day workload across concurrent projects.
- Source and manage external vendors, printers, AV partners, and contractors, including on-the-ground event production.
- Run the review and approval process across brand, legal, and executive stakeholders, consolidating feedback into clear revision rounds and shipping final assets with organized handoffs.
- Build lightweight tools, workflows, and AI-assisted processes that enable a small team to handle high-volume requests while maintaining human oversight on every deliverable.
Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges."
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years producing brand, video, or live-event/experiential content, including running full production cycles from brief through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage simultaneous productions independently, each with its own timeline, budget, and stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to set realistic schedules and escalate when timelines are not feasible.
- Hands-on experience producing physical and event elements (booth builds, signage, merch, AV) and managing the vendors behind them, not just video or digital assets.
- Track record running stakeholder review processes across marketing, brand, legal, and executive reviewers, with demonstrated ability to consolidate feedback and drive decisions.
- Experience working inside an in-house creative or brand team with shared resources, direct accountability to a creative lead, and ownership as a single point of contact for production delivery.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
