LogicGate is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to build and lead the company's procurement function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy for an AI-powered GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform serving enterprise clients.
In this first dedicated procurement role, you will shape the intake process, vendor tracking, and negotiation approach. Key responsibilities include: leading vendor contract renewals and negotiations with benchmarking against market data; serving as primary negotiator on major vendor decisions; managing cloud infrastructure and AI spend optimization; tracking software licenses and reclaiming unused seats; maintaining vendor and contract calendars to prevent lapses; running the daily procurement intake process; setting up new vendors in systems; and processing purchase orders with invoice verification.
You will move fluidly between seven-figure renewals with the CFO and routine POs, translating procurement outcomes into financial narratives for executives. The role requires deep vendor management expertise, hands-on contract negotiation skills, and the ability to build scalable processes at a growth-stage company.
Required qualifications: 8+ years in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing, including experience in structured enterprise procurement organizations and at earlier-stage fast-growing tech companies. Proven track record negotiating multi-year SaaS and cloud contracts with measurable cost savings. Hands-on AP experience including vendor setup, tax documentation, and invoice matching. Experience preparing vendor-spend and cost-savings reporting for CFO-level stakeholders. Comfort with modern spend management tools (Zip, Tropic, Ramp, Vendr, Airbase). Nice-to-have: building procurement functions from scratch, SaaS spend management and license reclamation expertise, vendor risk and legal/security partnership experience.
