OneTrust is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Engineer to lead the development and execution of AI Governance and Data Use Governance solutions within the Solutions Engineering function. This is a strategic role that bridges Product and Sales, ensuring effective sales execution across international markets including Europe, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East.
You will serve as the technical expert on major sales opportunities, preparing technical demonstration proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concepts to showcase OneTrust's integration capabilities. You'll conduct deep technical discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices. Your responsibilities include supporting sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options, while coordinating with internal R&D, technical integrations, and partner teams to stay current on product capabilities and future direction.
You will also support Sales and Marketing in producing high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets, maintaining all sales cycle activities within Salesforce CRM.
Required qualifications include a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with 12+ years of relevant experience ideally in the technology industry or enterprise cloud-based software companies. You should have experience selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations, with knowledge of APIs, software product implementation for enterprises, web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and basic programming. Strong relationship-building skills across R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering teams are essential, along with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel as required.
OneTrust operates an office-first culture with expectations of three days per week in office for most roles, though specific flexibility may apply depending on position scope.
