CVRx is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain and Test Engineer to lead supply chain strategy and test engineering for its medical device product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the operations and development team, providing expertise across new product development and operational scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier and purchased product selection, qualification, and management
- Strategic management of supply chain issues, with particular focus on electrical components sourcing and reliability
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of design verification and production testing systems
- Recommendation and implementation of strategic direction for hardware and software test platforms and methodologies
- Cross-functional collaboration with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams
This is a principal-level individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in medical device supply chain, component engineering, and test systems. You will influence company-wide testing strategy and supplier relationships while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical technical decisions. The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring CVRx's products meet rigorous healthcare standards while scaling efficiently.
