Redox is a healthcare interoperability platform that connects 12,000+ systems and organizations, processing over 1.2 billion messages monthly. The Senior Pricing Manager will serve as the Deal Desk lead for enterprise pricing decisions, structuring complex deals across Redox's three commercial levers (platform fee, connection-based, and transaction-based pricing) while maintaining margin discipline and pricing consistency.
The role is split across four key areas:
**Deal Desk & Execution (40%):** Review and approve pricing for bespoke enterprise deals before customer presentation. Pull deal context from account executives and Gong recordings to understand customer needs and negotiation dynamics. Structure pricing within Product's established strategy. Advise sales reps in real time on discounts, multi-year terms, minimum commitments, ramp schedules, and MFN clauses. Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal to translate approved pricing into contract-ready terms.
**Pricing Operations & Governance (25%):** Set and enforce discounting guardrails and approval thresholds to maintain consistency and margin protection. Build and maintain self-serve pricing tools and models for standard scenarios, reserving Director-level review for genuinely bespoke deals. Own the operational workflow and systems supporting deal pricing approvals (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.). Maintain documentation of pricing rules, exceptions, and approval paths for auditability and repeatability.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insight (20%):** Partner with Product to translate pricing strategy into operational guardrails and Deal Desk practice. Track pricing and discounting patterns across closed deals and feed findings back to Product to inform strategy evolution. Represent the voice of Sales and the field in pricing conversations. Partner with Finance to ensure deal pricing aligns with margin and revenue targets.
**Change Management & Enablement (15%):** Lead rollout of pricing and packaging changes approved by Product, including field readiness and adoption planning. Partner with Sales Enablement and field leadership to equip go-to-market teams with tools, guidance, and collateral. Provide leadership updates on Deal Desk performance, pricing exceptions, and adoption of new pricing models.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with track record of turning deal and pricing data into clear recommendations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and represent field realities credibly to strategy owners

- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (strongly preferred)
