Sportradar, the world's leading sports technology company (NASDAQ: SRAD), is seeking a Manager of Revenue Planning and Analytics to join its Financial Planning & Analysis organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Performance & Planning, you will serve as the primary performance auditor of commercial outcomes across the business.
In this role, you will move beyond reporting numbers to interrogate performance data and recommend strategic actions to maximize value. Your core mission is to identify the "why" behind revenue trends and translate complex findings into compelling narratives that drive business decisions. You will provide critical challenge to revenue and margin performance, guiding commercial teams through transformative planning processes that prioritize drivers over pure outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting deep-dive analyses into revenue beats or misses to distinguish one-time windfalls from structural trends
- Leading commercial counterparts through forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure submissions are robust and logically sound
- Proactively analyzing revenue performance to identify specific drivers (usage, churn, pricing, market dynamics) that require management focus
- Pressure-testing revenue forecasts by interrogating inputs that feed the global P&L to ensure achievability and actionability
- Identifying and dismantling broken assumptions in commercial plans, rebuilding them into actionable frameworks
- Creating business models for complex topics such as pricing elasticity and market entry costs
- Building automated revenue reporting using advanced analytical tools on data warehouse and billing datasets to inform commercial decision-making
- Translating technical and commercial data into clear, authoritative narratives for senior stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in multidisciplinary finance, analytics, and/or consulting roles
- High proficiency in either commercial finance or commercial analytics
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Essential technical skills: SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and AI agents knowledge
- Highly valued: Python or n8n/workflow automation experience
- Accountability mindset: valuing plan strength over delivery speed
- Ability to ask smart questions and refuse surface-level explanations
- Problem-solving orientation with ability to untangle messy data problems
