Qumulo is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and deal structuring excellence across EMEA and APAC regions. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, serving as a strategic partner to guide complex deal decisions and optimize pricing execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving deals on behalf of Finance with authority to challenge structures, working with sellers in real time to structure non-standard deals while balancing revenue, margin, and velocity, and using data to shape and refine pricing frameworks for consumption-based models, enterprise agreements, and channel deals. You will analyze historical deal data to test discount guidance, build and scale pricing models to evaluate profitability across regions and channels, and own documentation of pricing policies and approval workflows as the model evolves.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing Strategy with hands-on experience in complex pricing models including consumption/usage-based structures, credits, term structures, and multi-tier channel deals. Strong quantitative and analytical skills are essential, with advanced proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools like Claude. You should have a proven track record collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations, and C-level stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus. Bonus qualifications include contract review experience, multilingual skills, experience with cloud marketplace or infrastructure-inclusive deal structures, and pricing through distributor or reseller channels.
The role is based in Qumulo's Cork office with a hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Qumulo is a cloud data platform managing exabytes of demanding data across edge, core, and cloud environments, serving over 1,100 customers with mission-critical workloads in AI, HPC, genomics, media, and surveillance sectors.
