As Senior Post Producer reporting to the Production Director, you will lead complex post-production projects across multiple workstreams, optimizing workflows and ensuring quality collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include: leading post-production efforts across creative, social, and localization projects; developing and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency; managing vendor, freelancer, and stakeholder relationships; conducting final quality assurance and localization accuracy checks; training and mentoring junior post producers; booking and allocating editing resources; fostering a commercially-minded culture to maximize opportunities; and developing client relationships to support retention and growth.
You bring 5+ years of post-production experience across multiple platforms with advanced knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and localization workflows. You are proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and understand TV formats, codecs, and audio standards. You excel at identifying and implementing process improvements, demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance. English proficiency is required.
