ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect for their Customer Success organization in Stockholm. This is an advisory and consultative role focused on helping enterprise customers establish a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will serve as an architectural advisor across multiple customer engagements, working with executive sponsors, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during sales, structuring, and implementation phases. Your responsibilities include:
• Guiding customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data management, integrations, and platform health
• Developing relationships with Centers of Excellence and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in their digital transformation vision
• Translating business goals and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints for complex initiatives
• Positioning ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with customers' core applications
• Managing technical governance, delivery operating models, and governance frameworks
• Reducing technical debt and ensuring instance health by aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
• Supporting sales efforts through engagement scoping, estimation, and change order management
• Contributing to and sharing leading practices and expertise across the ServiceNow platform community
• Leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving within customer engagements
This role requires deep consultative skills, the ability to translate complex technical and business information into actionable strategies, and experience guiding large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services within a SaaS organization, or equivalent education/experience
• Management consulting background
• Demonstrated success driving resolution of complex business and technical issues through analysis
• Industry domain expertise
• Large program experience leading architecture and design initiatives
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights analysis, or exploring AI's potential impact)
• Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English
• Right to work in Sweden
