Salary: USD 116,960 - 171,900 / annual
Twilio is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst - Talent Acquisition to support the company's recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle. This role bridges Talent Acquisition (TA), People Technology, and business stakeholders to design and implement efficient, user-friendly technology solutions for global hiring.
You will partner with TA teams and HR stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business processes into technical specifications, and optimize recruitment workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirements gathering sessions with TA and HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications
- Leading follow-up clarification sessions and demos to ensure recruit-to-hire outcomes are achieved
- Analyzing existing talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
- Configuring, designing, and implementing solutions across TA platforms including Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HireRight, and HackerRank
- Developing detailed functional design documents and use cases for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Defining test strategies, authoring UAT scripts, coordinating testing cycles, and triaging defects
- Managing system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery
- Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations
- Serving as liaison between TA business units and People Technology Product Managers
- Maintaining knowledge of recruitment technologies and industry best practices
- Creating user guides, release notes, and documentation; facilitating training sessions

**Requirements:**
*Required:*
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with heavy focus on Talent Acquisition applications
- Proven expertise supporting core recruitment systems: Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, data modeling, process mapping, UAT execution, and documentation
- Experience working with internal and external audit teams; understanding of SOX controls
- Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology systems
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical TA stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of HR processes related to recruitment, candidate lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and pre-hire compliance
*Desired:*
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools for talent acquisition systems
