As a Senior People Scientist, you will be a thought leader in the HR and engagement space, delivering scaled, high-quality guidance to customers on survey design, data analysis, and feedback strategy.
In this senior individual contributor role (no direct reports), you will collaborate with customers ranging from HR leaders to CEOs to design people-centric feedback surveys and extract actionable insights from employee data. Key responsibilities include: leading survey question design and results review sessions; analyzing engagement, lifecycle, performance management, and feedback data to identify themes and business-driving actions; generating predictive insights from HR datasets; coaching customer-facing teams to build domain expertise; delivering scaled guidance sessions, 1:1 touchpoints, and office hours; partnering with Customer Success and Renewal teams on retention and expansion; supporting thought leadership through webinars and conferences; and managing high-volume customer work while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
You will work within defined support parameters while finding creative solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires managing a broad volume of customers in a scaled environment, with an emphasis on listening, understanding customer needs, and providing clarity around feedback strategy direction.
