Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to lead organizational architecture and execution for production facility launches.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leadership across People, Production, Facilities, Construction, Tech, and Operations to design and execute Day-1 readiness for new site expansions. You'll own end-to-end program management from definition through implementation, tackling ambiguous, complex problems in a people-centric way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading critical site launches and defining Day-1 readiness checklists spanning IT, facilities, HR, and operations
- Coordinating workforce implementation and communications activation across launches
- Building trust across diverse functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and achieve seamless expansions
- Developing structured processes using project briefs, trackers, and data mapping to ensure on-schedule delivery
- Using qualitative and quantitative analysis to influence operational decisions
- Crafting compelling narratives and communicating across organizational silos to drive cross-functional outcomes
- Maintaining high execution standards from conception through tactical completion
You'll work in an environment where ambiguous problems are the norm, requiring strong change management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically. The role demands empathy, high ownership, low ego, and proactive problem-solving.
Required: 6+ years in management consulting, change management, internal operations, or program management. Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements. Strong communication skills, ability to interpret complex datasets, and comfort presenting to senior leadership are essential.
