Salary: USD 148,400 - 222,600 / annual
Rubrik is seeking a Senior People Partner for its Go-To-Market (Sales and Marketing) organization. This is a business-facing HR role that bridges People Services (policy, compliance, awareness) and People Business Partners (strategy), providing day-to-day consultative support to managers and employees across GTM functions.
You will be the primary HR contact for Sales and Marketing teams (400–1,000+ employees), handling manager coaching on organizational health, employee relations, performance management, complex policy scenarios, and change management. Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver hands-on People Partner support and consultation to Sales and Marketing client groups
• Coach managers on employee engagement, development, HR processes, policy interpretation, investigations, and complex scenarios (remote work, shift work, etc.)
• Own and execute cross-functional, business-specific projects that improve employee experience and drive manager enablement at scale
• Lead or actively support annual programs: year-end and mid-year performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and mobility
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development, DEI, People Operations) to identify and enable process improvements
• Facilitate manager learning and development initiatives in partnership with Talent Development
• Identify bodies of work suitable for transition to People Services teams for efficiency and scale
• Leverage HR Information Systems and G Suite tools to enhance collaboration and drive data-driven decision-making
• Develop proactive HR risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Use AI tools to drive productivity and efficiency
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, and the broader People team in a global, often virtual environment. This role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate ambiguous people policy situations and convey complex HR concepts clearly.
