Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner platform for clinicians, processing 2.8 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries in 110 languages and 200+ specialties. The company has grown ARR from $1M to $50M in two years and recently raised $340M (Series C led by Blackbird plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst).
You will own the people agenda across EMEA as a Senior People Partner, based in London and reporting to the Head of People Enablement & Operations. Your primary responsibility covers the UK & Ireland with growing footprints in France, Germany, South Africa, and the UAE. As the region expands, your remit expands accordingly.
This is a broad regional role requiring judgment, coaching, influence, and business impact. You will partner with leaders on performance management, talent strategy, organizational design, leadership capability, and team effectiveness. You'll navigate people implications of scaling into new markets through local entities and Employer of Record arrangements. While you won't need to be an employment lawyer in every jurisdiction, you'll understand where risks sit and when to engage specialist help.
Key responsibilities include: owning people partnership across EMEA as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams; translating regional business priorities and growth plans into clear people priorities; coaching managers through performance conversations and complex employee matters to build their confidence; challenging leaders directly on performance and leadership capability; partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning as the region scales; bringing balanced judgment to performance calibration, talent reviews, and promotions; working with People Operations and external partners to navigate multi-jurisdictional employment requirements including EOR-employed teams; and using people data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities while automating low-value administrative work.
Heidi operates with a philosophy of building for the next decade, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and staying grounded in clinicians' actual reality. The company values sustainable performance and mental health, operates on outcomes over inputs, and treats all team members as trusted performers who set their own schedules.
Benefits include comprehensive private medical and dental cover (Bupa), 24/7 mental health and coaching support (Sonder), £100/month wellness stipend, £500 home office budget, £700 annual L&D budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave, 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, up to four weeks work-from-anywhere annually, and hybrid working (3 days in office).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years partnering senior leaders in fast-growing, high-accountability environments across multiple countries or jurisdictions (emphasis on what you've built over years on clock)
- A romantic streak about software; belief that great products transform people's days
- Strong talent judgment; ability to spot performance risk and high-potential talent early without rigid playbooks
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid international growth; ability to move complex problems from identification to resolution without waiting for full definition
- Passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
- Default to building over requesting
- Confidence in your thinking combined with openness to being wrong; belief that great ideas win regardless of source
