Suno is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and their teams. Reporting to the Director of People Business Partners, you will shape organizational design, talent strategy, and performance systems at a critical growth stage for the world's fastest-growing consumer entertainment and AI music platform.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy; leading complex employee relations matters and high-stakes performance situations; designing and iterating company-wide talent development programs; coaching leaders through team scaling, reorganizations, and performance challenges; building analytical tools and models using Excel and AI to identify capability gaps and succession risks; and mentoring junior People partners while building cross-functional relationships.
You must bring 6+ years of People Partner experience in high-growth tech, with demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations investigations, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Strong grounding in US employment law (Title VII, ADA, FMLA) is essential, as is hands-on proficiency with AI tools, Excel, and People data analytics. You should have a track record of executing projects end-to-end, translating company frameworks into function-specific contexts, and operating with independence and good judgment at the senior leadership level.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience building or significantly improving People programs (performance management, career progression, compensation), partnering with Finance on headcount budgeting, leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, designing or scaling L&D or talent management programs, and familiarity with California employment law.
