As Senior People Partner, you will own a hybrid HRBP and People Ops role (60/40 split initially, shifting toward strategic partnership as automation absorbs manual work). This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability position where you build systems for the company's future rather than recreate legacy playbooks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own HRBP relationships for assigned business groups, independently managing performance management conversations, employee relations, manager coaching, talent development, and org design.
- Design and evolve performance cycles, pulse surveys, and talent assessments; surface trends and business-tied recommendations to leadership.
- Independently manage employee relations cases, sensitive situations, and conflict resolution with appropriate escalation judgment.
- Facilitate manager enablement workshops, internal learning sessions, and people-related comms rollouts.
- Identify and implement automation across the People function—workflows, documentation, reporting, and reactive work—to create capacity for strategic initiatives.
- Own and optimize the people tech stack, ensuring data accuracy and delivering regular people insights through reporting.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes with compliance rigor.
- Serve as internal liaison for PEO-administered benefits and compliance; primary contact for employee questions and vendor escalations.
- Drive continuous process improvement to reduce manual overhead and improve cross-functional coordination.
